Privacy and data handling
Beta / pre-release. This page is a high-level summary for participants and internal alignment. It is not legal advice and may be incomplete relative to your jurisdiction or use case. Counsel should review and publish production-ready privacy disclosures before general availability.
Bridgeturn uses information you provide—such as email and optional company details—to evaluate invitations, operate accounts, and run product workflows. Connector and integration metadata are processed to deliver the service your workspace configures.
Retention and categories of data
Operational retention follows internal policy and what is needed for security and abuse prevention. A concise breakdown of data categories and storage is maintained for engineering and compliance discussions in the repository baseline below.

Terms of service
A full terms page is available at Terms of service (placeholder until legal review). If your organization has a separate agreement with Bridgeturn, that agreement controls where it applies.
Data processing agreements
Organizations that require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or an updated subprocessor list should request them through the same channel used for your commercial or pilot relationship. Standard templates are a documented next step before general availability.
Contact and privacy requests (placeholders)
For privacy-related questions or requests (including access, correction, or deletion where applicable), use privacy@bridgeturn.com once the mailbox is staffed and announced, or the channel provided with your invitation or workspace administration until then. For suspected security incidents, use the escalation path shared with your beta or pilot program (internal responders: see the incident runbook in the Bridgeturn docs).
